About CELR

CELR, the North Carolina Public Health Information Network, hosts and delivers time-critical health information applications to North Carolina Health Care Professionals. HAN (Health Alert Network) is used to alert identified professionals on times of possible widespread citizen health threats. WCS (Womens and Children Health System) is used by hospitals and clinics to monitor and serve the health of North Carolina womens and children. More applications will be released under CELR to address and serve a variety of health related areas for North Carolina citizens.

CELR user management system is the central user repository for all CELR applications. It provides a self-registration mechanism for users. Once an account is approved by an administrator, the user may return to request for more application access, manage his own profile, or reset his login credentials. The same credentials will be used to access all other CELR applications.
